A washing basket.

I had just finished reading this post when I passed by this laundry basket
(on my way to doing the washing).

I really like the repeated pattern and the shadow it made.

  1. It's amazing what lovely, intriguing shadows the most ordinary object/things can cast! I love this one! Great shot for the day, Leanne! Hope your weekend is going well!

  2. Beautiful shot! I really like the pattern of the basket and the pattern in the distance through the pattern. Of course the shadows it casts on the wall are wonderful too. Such a serene moment. Peaceful. Laundry's done!

    I’M YOUR SHADOW

    Hello, there, I’m your shadow,
    I tag after you;
    Whatever you are doing,
    That is what I do.

If you should fling a football
    Forty yards or more,
    I’ll be right beside you,
    Evening the score.

If you should flick a booger
    From your stuffy nose,
I will surely do the same—
    Watch how far it goes!

    So, friend, be very careful
    What you say and do—
    Whatever you are doing,
    I’ll do just as you!
