  1. I love how the wings tip up at the ends and the glassy water.

  7. Hi Leanne
One thing that I forget about when I take a break from the blog is this - I miss a whole lot when I don't get round to visit you. I got distracted by your Scavenger Hunt photos in previous post. And I completely forgot that my spring means you're entering autumn. That went by so fast, it seems like just yesterday that you were posting spring photos. You see, winter is my favorite season, so when you're entering spring, I'm knowing that I'm about to become very happy! (but last winter was a bust- no snow whatsoever). I'm loving your water images - serene and lovely light. the grace of that bird in flight - you captured it beautifully. always a pleasure to visit you. happy week to you my friend.

Lovely water homage. That first one has gorgeous abstract reflections and the second has such a wonderful feeling of freedom.

  10. These are wonderful. Love that first image. Water is so captivating, yet I find it difficult to capture what I see with my camera. Perhaps because the water is always moving....just thought of this. The shadowy reflections-that's a place where the water seems to stand still. Maybe that's what draws me to them.
Thanks for letting me think about that this morning. Great swoop on that bird image too.
