photography as therapy

I was reading this post over at the shutter sisters and so agree with the idea that the practise of seeing & photographing helps to process all that is going on in life.
To find beauty in the small things, to notice the raindrops glistening in the light.
Somehow calms & focuses.

  1. I totally "get" this therapy of images and the process of creativity. If you were working on something-this image must have made you feel better. Lovely.

  2. Oh gorgeous photo Leanne. I totally find photography therapeutic. From selecting the subject, to shooting it, to downloading the shots and picking out my faves. I just love the whole process. I only dabble in it for now, but I could so make it my life's work one day. Time will tell xo

  4. It's the same for me - photography is my meditation - the time when I slow down and really "see". What a fantastic macro - each bead of water looks like a diamond.
