photo heart connection

In July our family spent a week on a sailing holiday. It was wonderful.
We snorkelled, sailed, walked, played cards, ate & enjoyed the experience immensely.
I took quite a lot of photos, but one that I really love is this one taken on my iphone.
The most special thing about our holiday was the time we spent together as a family & I think that this photo captures something of that.
Here are Charlie & Nick working in the rain, to put down the anchor.
We felt like we were a million miles away from any where.

  7. What a beautiful moment, one that even a little rain couldn't spoil. I love the processing and the way their yellow slickers shine like beacons.

  8. You have shared so many great shots from your vacation. I admire you finding beauty in a rainy day on a boat, but remember you found a lot of beauty on that/those rainy day. The pop of yellow and innocence of childhood make this a great image.
