stills:: a weekly collection

:: glass bricks, used as a splashback
:: hibiscus, such a beautiful colour
:: more autumn leaves
:: looking up at buildings through the nearly winter trees
:: wandering on the streets around Central station
:: a city park, finding a spot with James to sit & have some morning tea
:: a visit to the zoo, don't you love giraffes?

*James had 2 days off school this week so that teachers could prepare to move to a temporary site while his school undergoes an extensive renovation. We took the opportunity to have an adventure- Thursday a train trip to the city & Friday a trip to the zoo

  3. Lovely recounting of your week. Beautifully subtle changes of light on the glass bricks. Love having the chance to see autumn through your eyes. Love the pattern of the fence posts and then the surprise of the giraffe sticking up like another very tall post.

  9. Giraffes are one of my favorites! They just don't look like they could be quite real.
