ten on ten

On the tenth day of every month for the last few years I have been taking ten photos over {about} ten hours as a way of looking for the beauty in the ordinary. It's a really great way of being mindful-looking out for something beautiful in the sometimes very mundane.

I love documenting my day in this way... so yesterday, on the tenth, I paused and looked around every hour or so to take ten photos. This is a bit of what my tenth looked like.....

7.37am    but first coffee
9.50am    logs for the fire
10.25am  looking down
11.23am  autumn still hanging around
1.12pm   James and Charlie
2.23pm   purple flower
2.24pm   mushrooms
3.48pm   Poppy
4.40pm   last leaf
4.54pm   clothes horse

My favorite photo here is the one of James and Charlie.
